REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you find any quality issues with the product you've purchased, please notify us via email, including pictures, within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification by our team, if the issue is confirmed as a quality concern, you are eligible for either a replacement or a full reimbursement.

To facilitate a smooth return process, we require the returned product to be shipped back to us within 6 days, in the same condition it was received, along with the original purchase bills. Please note that after the 6-day period, eligibility for a replacement or refund expires, and we won't be able to process your request.

 

It's important to be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

  •   Standard Asthras Club:

    • Orders for standard clubs are dispatched within 3 days.

  •   Personalised Asthras Clubs

    • Due to the custom nature of personalised products, orders for personalised clubs are dispatched within 5 - 10 business days.

Note: Orders placed over the weekends are typically processed on Mondays.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipping progress of your order.

Free Shipping:

    • Items offered are subject to availability. If an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by customers due to such cancellations.

    • Your browser may not support the display of images. The actual colours/finishes of handcrafted products may marginally vary from the online display.

  •   Handcrafted Variations:

    • Handmade items are susceptible to slight variations in size. Dimensions provided are indicative, and minor differences are possible.

  •    Price Changes:

    • Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Asthras. Customers will be charged based on the prices applicable at the time of order placement.

  •   Liability for Declined Transactions:

    • We, as a merchant, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction.
